Custom designed jewelry involves metals, gems and labor furnished by Personal Jeweler Montana, LLC, for a specific client. As such, all custom designed jewelry is nonrefundable and nonexchangeable and requires a 50% deposit before work begins. The client specifically agrees and understands that the 50% nonrefundable deposit shall be paid prior to any obligation of Personal Jeweler Montana, LLC. Every effort will be made by Personal Jeweler Montana, LLC, to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) so ordered. In cases of cancellation, where a CAD and Animation video has been provided, a labor charge of $200 will be assessed or retained from the original deposit. Full payment shall be due and payable immediately prior to shipment of the custom work. Acceptance of receipt of the custom work by the client shall be considered client’s acceptance and full satisfaction of the custom work. Personal Jeweler Montana, LLC, cannot guarantee or warranty responsibility for diamonds and other gemstones provided by the client during the custom work process.
